A dev dependency that generates a relationship diagram of your codebase, and a VS Code extension that turns the diagram into a way to navigate it — because a file tree tells you where code lives, not how it relates.
Flight Deck
A local macOS desktop instrument that puts my Claude spend, shipped work, and dependency releases on one screen — and what I got out of trying spec-driven development and Electron on a project small enough to be honest about.
Bouncer
A gate that sits in front of the expensive model — it turns away prompts that aren't worth answering, sends the rest to the cheapest model that can handle them, and eventually trims what they carry in with them.
